PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

Melane & Co. accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. However, only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

All pricing is listed and accepted in USD.

Why is my card declined when I try to place an order?

1. The billing address you are using may not match the billing address tied to your card. Please check to ensure that the billing address is correct and try again.

2. You may have accidentally entered your card number incorrectly. Please check the number.

If you are still experiencing problems, you should contact the issuing bank of your credit card to check the issue.

Do you offer e-gift cards?

We do not offer e-gift cards at this time.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We do not offer a gift wrapping service at this time. However, Melane & Co. custom orders are wrapped before shipping. 

 

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Please email info@melaneandco.com with the details of your order and we will look into your request.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please visit our Custom Pets page,  & complete our Custom Pets Form or contact us at info@melaneandco.com if you would like to discuss obtaining a custom piece.

 

Melane and Co. would be delighted to work out details & bring you joy through giving life to your idea. 

  • Fees are to be decided before work begins on the custom piece(s). A certain number of adjustments are covered in the fee, but additional payment may be requested if alteration requests exceed that limit.

  • Payment must be submitted before work begins on the piece(s). 

  • An electronic photo of the final piece will be sent to you before shipment of the item.

  • Electronic written acceptance of the piece is required before it is shipped to you. 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We value our customers and offer free standard shipping within the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska). Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on the destination address and can be requested for a fee. Please contact us at info@melaneandco.com to discuss an expedited order request. Melane & Co. does not ship internationally.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing items. Orders ship from the central United States.

May I Cancel Or Modify My Order?

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled.

Please notify us at info@melaneandco.com if you need to add items to your order.

 What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?

Please report any damaged or missing items at info@melaneandco.com within 7 days of delivery. 

What Is Your Return Policy?

At this time we are not accepting exchanges or returns.​ 

Melane and Co. wants you to be fully delighted with your products and we will ensure that items leave our facility in pristine condition.
